Stego Crete Claw | Multi-Layered Tape for Sealing

Stego Crete Claw Tape is a multi-layered tape that is used to seal Stego Wrap to the underside of the slab while the concrete is placed. Stego Crete Claw Tape allows wet concrete to cast into the textured top surface to form a mechanical bond/seal. This is useful in void/carton form applications and/or when soil movement may later occur.

Its many features include:

Comprised of a polyethylene film, aperture film, and an acrylic, pressure-sensitive adhesive
When applied to seams and along the perimeter, bonds the vapor barrier to the under-side of the slab and holds it there after soil or void/carton form movement.

Stego Crete Claw Tape is an innovative and economical accessory that seals Stego Wrap to concrete while the concrete is placed and hardens. Applications of Stego Crete Claw 6” Tape include: bonding Stego Wrap to the underside of the slab and holding it in place after soil or void/carton form movement; can also be used for sealing of perimeter and terminating edges of Stego Wrap. This multi-layered tape mechanically seals Stego Wrap to concrete cast against it to help you hold Stego Wrap to the underside of the concrete and meet the requirements of ASTM E1643.
